Privacy Policy — Bayou Coins

Bayou Coins does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
What the app stores
Your play-money coin balance, game progress, and sound/haptics preferences. This is saved only on your device, in the app's private storage. It never leaves your phone. We cannot see it, and neither can anyone else.
What the app does NOT do
- No accounts or sign-in
- No analytics or tracking
- No advertising
- No internet transmission of your data — the game works fully offline
- No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, or files
Permissions
Bayou Coins requests no special permissions. Vibration for game feedback uses the standard system haptics and can be turned off in Settings.
Play money, not gambling
All coins in Bayou Coins are virtual play money. They cannot be purchased with real money in this version, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be exchanged for real-world money, goods, or prizes. Bayou Coins is an arcade game, not a gambling product, and offers no opportunity to win anything of real-world value.
Optional external link
The Settings page contains a "Buy Me a Coffee" link that opens your web browser. Following it is entirely optional, and that website has its own privacy policy.
Data deletion
Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of its data.
Children
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children. Because it contains simulated gambling mechanics, it is intended for players 13 and older.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new effective date.
