Purchases & refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's policy. If the window has passed, email us — we'll make it right.

Alarms not ringing?

For Bayou Pill Reminder, check that battery optimization isn't restricting the app and that Alarms & reminders permission is on. Still stuck? Write in — we'll walk you through it.

Your data

Our apps keep everything on your device — there's no account to recover and nothing stored on our side. Uninstalling an app deletes its data.
