Privacy Policy — Driftlands
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Driftlands does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Your world, your researchers, and your progress stay on your device.
What the game stores
Your world save, unlocked researchers and realm charters, coin balance, quest progress, and settings. This is saved only on your device, in the game's private storage. It never leaves your phone. We cannot see it, and neither can anyone else.
In-app purchases
Driftlands offers optional in-app purchases (researchers, realm charters, coin packs, and subscriptions). Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play's billing system — the game never sees or stores your payment details. Google's handling of your payment information is covered by Google's privacy policy. The game keeps only a local record of what you own so your unlocks work offline.
What the game does NOT do
- No accounts or sign-in
- No analytics or tracking
- No advertising
- No internet transmission of your data — the game plays fully offline; a connection is only used by Google Play when you make a purchase
- No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, or files
Data deletion
Uninstalling the game permanently deletes all of its local data. Purchase records are retained by Google Play under your Google account, as with any Android purchase.
Children
The game does not collect data from anyone, including children. Driftlands is a fantasy exploration game intended for players 13 and older.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new effective date.
