By using Bayou Byte Studio apps, you agree to use them responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

Our apps are provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

You are responsible for your own entries, backups, and device security.

In-app purchases and virtual currency

Some of our games offer optional in-app purchases through the app store you installed them from (Google Play, the Amazon Appstore, or the App Store). The store handles all payment processing; we never see your payment details.

• Virtual currency (for example coins in Bayou Blast) is a limited licence to use a game feature. It has no real-world value, cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged, and may be changed or withdrawn if a game is updated or discontinued.
• Consumable purchases such as coin packs are delivered to the device and game account they were bought on. Because our games keep your progress on your device only, uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes any unspent virtual currency, and it cannot be restored.
• One-time purchases such as looks, skins and voice packs stay yours: they can be restored on the same store account with Restore Purchases.
• Subscriptions (for example the Bayou Defense Daily Supply Club) are billed by the store at the price and period shown before you subscribe and renew automatically until you cancel in the store's subscription settings. Cancelling ends future benefits only; anything already received, including items granted by the subscription, stays yours. A daily benefit you do not open the game to collect is not carried over.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its own refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding virtual currency may be removed.
• Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase and may change. Purchases made by a child are the responsibility of the account holder; use your device's purchase controls if you need to restrict them.
