Privacy Policy — Bayou Rush

Bayou Rush does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
What the app stores
Your doubloon bank, best score, quest and prize progress, shop unlocks, and settings. This is saved only on your device, in the app's private storage. It never leaves your phone. We cannot see it, and neither can anyone else.
What the app does NOT do
- No accounts or sign-in
- No analytics or tracking
- No advertising
- No internet transmission of your data — gameplay works fully offline (Google Play is contacted only to process optional purchases)
- No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, or files
Permissions
Bayou Rush requests no special permissions. Vibration for game feedback uses the standard system haptics and can be turned off in Settings.
In-app purchases
Bayou Rush offers optional doubloon packs purchased through Google Play. All payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play; the app never sees or stores your payment details. Doubloons are virtual game currency with no real-world value and cannot be cashed out.
Optional external link
The Settings page contains a "Buy Me a Coffee" link that opens your web browser. Following it is entirely optional, and that website has its own privacy policy.
Data deletion
Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of its data.
Children
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is directed at a general audience but is listed for ages 18+ on Google Play.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new effective date.
