You are the town's only detective. Somebody turned this island off, and everybody you meet has a reason to hope you never find out who.

A whole town, in the dark
Island Cove is an open small town you can walk end to end: Main Street, the motel, the coffee shop and the bookshop, the sheriff's office, three train stations, the harbour and the hills behind it. No power means flashlights, candles, and the few generators still running.
People with somewhere to be
The residents keep their own days — they open up, walk to work, head home — and they talk. Learning who is where, and when, is how a detective in a town this size gets anything done.
Island Cove PD has one fast thing
Your police motorcycle gets you from the bookshop block to the pier before anybody can make a phone call — if the phones were working.
A harbour with a way out
A long wooden pier, a marina full of yachts, a dock house on stilts, two lighthouses at the mouth of the cove. Whoever did this planned on leaving by water.
Small town, big stories
Seven named beaches, a wooded hill with trails winding up it, a pond nobody talks about. The whole island is drawn on the map boards that hang at every station.
Still being built
BlackoutCity is in active development for PC. What you see here will change; we would rather show you the workbench than a promise.
